  When we move to Oklahoma, We were referred to JT Neal Insurance agency for our home owners insurance. For the first time in our experience with insurance companies, we were not just a "number." The agent personally went through all of our options and found us the best coverage at the most affordable rates. When we compared to other carriers, they by far found us the BEST rates. Shortly after our home purchase, we were burglarized. Most insurance companies would have just directed us to the company who provided the policy, but Lindsay Neal PERSONALLY helped us file our claim with CHUBB and we had our insurance check within a week. She went above and beyond. After witnessing how much JT Neal Agency cares about their customers, we immediately used them to help us insure our business, cars, and find the best life insurance for us. Every policy they found for us was quoted much lower than our existing policies. Each and every policy was carefully explained to us and I never felt like the agent tried to sell us unnecessary "extras." We aren't another "number" at JT Neal, we are like part of the JT Neal family.
