- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪We have been seeing Dr. Lewis since my son was 9months (now 4yrs) and my youngest son a newborn. Never have a long wait and never feel rushed. She listens and provides my kids is excellent care. Helped us through my sons ASD diagnosis and her staff got referrals taken care of and stayed in contact with me. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My infant son (5 mo) got sent home from daycare with a fever and a rash; I went to urgent care and they thought he had scarlet fever, but it turns out he didn't. I took him to Dr. Lewis for a second opinion. The wait was 28 minutes for the appointment, even after I filled out all of the form. The nurse didn't seem like she wanted to even be there when she came in. The doctor was very sweet to my son, I will give her that. But I still had no idea what was going on with my baby or how to best take care of him. That was over a week and a half ago. My son's fever is still over 101 and even got up to 104, but I haven't been able to get him back in despite multiple attempts. I went to the ER when his fever was over 103 and tried to get a follow up... Still cannot get in. I was hopeful we could make it to his 6 mo appointment since it was still scheduled for the 10th and then life happened and the doctor needed to cancel. I get why she needed to cancel, but my son has been sick since the 20th and I haven't been able to get back in since the 25th. I miss my old Pediatrician. There is no convenience with this office. None. And if you're a new mommy, I hope you have lots of support and people to turn to, because no one here will help you.March 20, 2017by Amber Largent
